Broker Referral Program

USFSB's Broker Referral Program makes it possible for you to profit from our marketing efforts. Simply refer potential members with an interest in our insurance products and we will follow up to complete the Enrollment process. For each qualified referral that enrolls in one of USFSB's insurance products, we will provide a fee of $3.00 for each month of health insurance premiums and fees collected and $1.00 for each month of dental premiums and fees collected. There will be no sharing of any dues or other fees that may be collected. This program is limited to USFSB sponsored association plans for which members are billed directly by USFSB.

A qualified referral is one in which the contact information of an interested business is provided to USFSB and which results in an enrollment of an association health or dental insurance product within two months of the referral. A referral will not be qualified if the subject business is an existing member of USFSB or an existing prospect of USFSB. In this case, USFSB will notify you, as soon as possible, that the referral does not qualify for this Program.

In addition to USFSB sponsored association plans, there are health insurance plans listed on USFSB's Insurance Clearinghouse which are offered through Joseph R. Cardamone, Independent Insurance Agent, which may be eligible for a referral fee, to be determined on a case by case basis.
