USFSB's SMALL BIZ PAC

Our Members can have an influence on the political process

USFSB maintains SMALL BIZ PAC, a political action committee in which our Members can pool their resources and through our STRENGTH IN NUMBERS create the best possible results for small businesses.

SMALL BIZ PAC is the legal entity, created by USFSB, that allows small business owners and employees to pool their political contributions in order to have a greater impact on the political process. SMALL BIZ PAC has contributed to many candidates for Congress since its inception in 1986.

SMALL BIZ PAC is non-partisan and contributes to candidates, from all major political parties, who are pro small business.

USFSB’s Members can contribute modest amounts of money and SMALL BIZ PAC will pools those resources to make contributions of usually $500 to $1,000 to pro small business candidates. The lifeblood of all political candidates is votes and campaign funds. Small contributions made directly to a candidate, although helpful, do not have the impact that a larger contribution can have on the candidate’s campaign. The contributions made by our SMALL BIZ PAC give our Members more clout for their money and we all enjoy greater benefits.

Some of our Members contribute monthly while others make one contribution a year. There is no minimum as every dollar helps and, by law, the maximum that can be given is $5,000 per election cycle.

Contributing is easy. You can write a check, payable to SMALL BIZ PAC, and mail it to:

or you can click here and contribute via credit card online.

USFSB wants our Members to be involved. Our SMALL BIZ PAC is always looking for interested Members to serve on our SMALL BIZ PAC Advisory Board. This Board screens candidates, for their stance on small business issues, their need for campaign funds, and their capacity to win. Recommendations are made by the Advisory Board as to who qualifies for a SMALL BIZ PAC contribution and the amount of the contribution. If you would like to learn more about being on USFSB’s Advisory Board, please contact Karl Ottosen at Karlo@usfsb.com.
