Member Referral Program

Referrals are great business opportunities and you can get paid when you participate. Simply refer potential members with an interest in our insurance products and we will follow up to complete the Enrollment process. For each qualified referral that enrolls in one of USFSB’s sponsored insurance products, we will provide a monthly referral fee of $10.00 for health insurance and a monthly referral fee of $2.00 for dental insurance as long as the insurance is maintained.

Note: If the referral enrolls in a health insurance plan that is not sponsored and billed by USFSB, you will receive a one time payment of $30.00 after the health insurance has been maintained for six months.

Note: There will be no sharing of any dues or other fees that may be collected. This monthly referral payment is limited to USFSB sponsored association plans for which members are billed directly by USFSB. A qualified referral is one in which the contact information of an interested business is provided to USFSB by an existing member who has been assigned a USFSB membership number and which results in an enrollment of an association health or dental insurance product within two months of the referral. In the case of health insurance plans not sponsored and billed by USFSB, the subject insurance must be maintained and current in the payment of premiums and fees for six months before the one time referral fee will be paid. A referral will not be deemed qualified if the referred business is an existing member of USFSB or an existing prospect of USFSB. In this case, USFSB will notify you, as soon as possible, that the referral does not qualify for this Program.
