Upon receiving your change/enrollment application for health insurance, USFSB will provide ScriptSave your membership information. At this point, USFSB will mail discount cards to all of those who are entitled to this benefit.
The card can be used by everyone living in the same household, and can be used immediately to begin receiving discounts. Savings range from 5% - 35%, and are applied at the time of purchase.
