    I started Tervia's Office in 1999 as a computer instruction company for individuals in their homes. I found most of my clients were older people just starting out in the world of computing. From there I expanded into Calligraphy By Computer. In my location no one addresses their own wedding invitation envelopes by hand. They like them to be as fance as the invitations themselves.
    My clients give me their attendee lists to be entered on my computer. Then I address their envelopes for all kinds of events, especially Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs. I do specialty printing like decorative documents that can be framed, such as poetry and invitations with your choice of print and color.

The Thomas Cole Historic Site

    The Thomas Cole National Historic Site in Catskill, NY is where American Lanscape painting began. The beautiful house and grounds, often called Cedar Grove, is the site where the great artist, Thomas Cole, lived and was married, where he created some of the most beloved paintings, and where he died in 1848.
    Today you can visit his Federal Style brick home (c. 1818), as well as Thomas Cole's original studio building, in a park like setting with a magnificient view of the Catskill Mountian range. In recent years, the house has undergone a major restoration, and now contains both furnished rooms and gallery rooms with art from the Hudson River School, of whcih Cole is considered the founder.
